At Simple PC Help, we strive to offer affordable fees and charges by keeping our overhead expenses low. Prompt payment of bills is appreciated as it helps us to reduce costs for all of our clients. If you require a large or long-term project or a regular maintenance contract, we would be happy to provide you with a quote beforehand. We usually try to resolve technology issues and perform maintenance remotely, but in some cases, an in-person visit may be necessary for an additional charge. Please note that all of our charges include VAT.

We offer a range of convenient and flexible services, including collection at your home, home visits, and remote support via the internet. You can choose the option that best suits your needs.
Our services are competitively priced, starting at just £23 for half an hour. We will always discuss the cost with you beforehand to avoid any unexpected charges and all of our work is fully guaranteed.
You will always work with the same technician that you know and trust, who has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry.
Missed appointments or collections
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us, or if you need to rearrange a collection, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
