Routine is for problems that don’t need immediate attention and lets you book a convenient available appointment. Priority is for more urgent problems and gives you priority access to our availability.
Routine At-Home Support is £46 per hour and Priority At-Home Support is £72 per hour. Travel time is charged separately at the same Routine or Priority rate.
We charge for the time spent travelling to and from your home. The amount therefore depends on where you live and whether you choose Routine or Priority Support.
We can help with Windows PCs and Macs, Wi-Fi and internet problems, printers, email, software and other technology around your home. At-Home Support is particularly useful when the problem involves equipment or connections that need to be checked where they’re normally used.
If more time is needed, we can continue where availability allows. Additional time is charged at the same Routine or Priority hourly rate, and we’ll keep you informed as we work.
At-Home Support is ideal when the problem involves your home setup, such as Wi-Fi, printers or connected equipment. Remote Support is often more convenient for software, email and other problems we can resolve through your computer. Drop-Off Support is usually better when a computer needs more extensive investigation or work that may take some time.
